EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to drive growth and market presence across North America from our Chicago Heights, Cook County office. In this full-time role, you'll develop and execute strategic field marketing initiatives that connect our business development efforts, amplify our brand, and shape industry conversations—reporting directly into a collaborative, global marketing organization. About the Role As Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you'll own the planning and delivery of field marketing campaigns and events across North America. You'll work at the intersection of marketing strategy and business development, ensuring that field programs generate qualified opportunities, reinforce brand positioning, and deepen relationships within key markets and customer segments.
