The Senior Employee Success Manager helps refine how the organization is arranged by clarifying which roles teams require and mapping fascinating separate routes for individual contributors versus managers, then establishing development streams for those core routes. Key contributions include shaping an introductory leadership sequence that evolves capable individual contributors into assured mentors, forming a research-supported view of top-tier individual contributor results and the growth supports that achieve them, refining orientation so new colleagues reach complete productivity more rapidly, and creating a junior-level pathway that nurtures talent built inside the firm. People Operations partners with area leads as reliable counselors, collecting successful methods pioneered by functional heads and spreading them widely under a decentralized model so the right people, workflows, and resources remain available to support client financial progress and company distinctiveness while raising overall organizational vitality.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise on structural design by defining necessary team roles and crafting distinct progression tracks for individual contributors and managers, then installing talent development streams for the primary tracks
• Shape the first managerial curriculum that transforms high-performing individual contributors into reliable coaches
• Construct a data-informed model of outstanding individual contributor achievement plus the developmental steps that produce it
• Strengthen onboarding so new joiners attain full effectiveness in shorter timeframes
• Launch an early-career conduit that cultivates talent originating within the company
• Serve as a collaborative counselor to functional leaders while gathering and redistributing innovative practices that sustain right people, processes, and tools

What We're Looking For

• Background aligning with senior people operations work that centers performance frameworks, leadership cultivation, and multi-track talent pipelines
• Skill designing career architecture that differentiates individual contributor and managerial routes
• Hands-on experience building first-time manager sequences that equip strong individual contributors for coaching responsibilities
• Ability to define validated success standards for individual contributors and the supports that help staff meet them
• Record of refining orientation so newcomers accelerate to full performance
• Comfort creating early pipelines that grow internal talent
• Capability advising functional directors, synthesizing decentralized best practices, and aligning people, methods, and resources with organizational aims
