Acxiom is hiring a Senior Director, Data & AI Advisory to join our New York State Campus in Albany County and help senior clients convert data and artificial intelligence into real, measurable outcomes. This is an on-site, full-time leadership opportunity for a seasoned consultant ready to shape the future of a fast-growing advisory practice.

About the Role

As Senior Director, Data & AI Advisory, you will steer Acxiom's Data & AI Advisory team inside our wider Data & AI Services practice. You will act as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, guiding them on how to harness customer data, identity, technology platforms, analytics, and AI to unlock business value — all while expanding the reach and impact of our advisory offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Data & AI Advisory team within Acxiom's broader Data & AI Services practice.
• Advise senior client leaders on strategies that turn customer data, identity, analytics, and AI into quantifiable business results.
• Serve as a trusted advisor across engagements, building lasting relationships with executive decision-makers.
• Help scale a growing advisory business, contributing to its strategy, delivery, and commercial momentum.
• Champion the smart application of platforms and emerging AI capabilities to solve complex client challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior consulting leader within data, analytics, or AI advisory.
• Deep expertise across customer data, identity resolution, data platforms, analytics, and applied AI.
• A track record of advising senior executives and translating capabilities into measurable business value.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and scaling a consulting or advisory practice.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the gravitas to operate as a trusted advisor at the highest levels.
