Senior Specialist, CRM and Marketing Automation

Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist in CRM and Marketing Automation to join our full-time team in Chaska, Minnesota. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of our customer relationship management and marketing technology initiatives, directly supporting sales enablement and revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Specialist in CRM and Marketing Automation, you'll be the strategic architect behind how we connect with customers and drive sales success. You'll manage, optimize, and evolve our CRM infrastructure and marketing automation platforms, ensuring they work as a unified system that empowers our sales teams and strengthens customer relationships at every stage of the lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns that align with sales goals
• Administer and enhance our CRM platform, managing data architecture, user access, customizations, and system integrations
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics that track campaign performance, pipeline health, and marketing impact
• Partner with sales leadership to identify automation opportunities that reduce friction and accelerate deal cycles
• Ensure customer data quality and compliance, implementing governance practices and hygiene protocols
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide training and documentation to internal stakeholders
• Evaluate new marketing technology solutions and recommend enhancements to our existing stack

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Deep expertise in CRM administration and marketing automation workflow design
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management, reporting, and SQL or similar query languages
• Thorough understanding of B2B sales processes and how technology enables revenue teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort learning new platforms and systems
