Senior Creative Strategist

Humana is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist for our Helena, Montana office. This is a full-time position with our in-house creative agency, The Hive, where you'll craft data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that connect meaningfully with our members.

About the Role

As Senior Creative Strategist at Humana, you'll be a strategic leader within The Hive, our dedicated creative hub built to drive member acquisition and engagement. You'll combine creative thinking with data analytics to develop personalized communications that resonate across digital and traditional channels. This role bridges creative excellence with business outcomes, ensuring every campaign is informed by member insights and measurable objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic development of member-focused campaigns that leverage consumer insights and behavioral data
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate strategy into compelling, technology-enabled executions
• Define messaging frameworks and creative approaches that drive member acquisition and engagement
• Analyze campaign performance data and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and communications
• Stay current with industry trends in healthcare marketing, personalization, and creative innovation
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to The Hive's strategic direction

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing strategy, or related senior roles
• Proven ability to develop data-informed creative strategies that drive business results
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, personalization, and customer engagement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into strategy
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across teams
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or complex B2B/B2C marketing is a plus
• Portfolio or examples demonstrating strategic thinking and creative output
