Position Summary

The Senior Coordinator Field Investigations (MEA) position at Ip-house in Cape Town involves overseeing the planning, scheduling and day-to-day co-ordination of field-based investigation work across the Middle East and Africa. Core Duties

• Plan, allocate and monitor field investigation assignments throughout the MEA region
• Maintain accurate case tracking systems and prepare regular progress reports
• Liaise with investigators, local partners and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Ensure all field activities comply with relevant policies, timelines and quality standards
• Co-ordinate logistics, documentation and resource needs for field teams operating in multiple countries
• Review investigation findings, escalate concerns and support continuous process improvement
• Provide guidance and mentoring to co-ordinators and field personnel as required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience co-ordinating field investigations or similar operational work, ideally with MEA exposure
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multi-country liaison
• Competence with case-management tools, spreadsheets and basic data reporting
• Ability to work independently in Cape Town while supporting teams across time zones
• Knowledge of investigation protocols and a commitment to ethical, accurate practice
• Previous senior co-ordination or supervisory experience is advantageous
