The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Adviser to join our dynamic and growing team. As part of this key role, you will provide timely and professional guidance to our members throughout the full lifecycle of their commercial insurance policies. Your expertise will ensure that they have the right cover to protect their businesses.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice on a wide range of commercial insurance products
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our members
• Assist in the underwriting process for new policies
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance and policy adequacy
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance advising
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
