Senior Claim Consultant

Join Insurica as a Senior Claim Consultant in a full-time position in Murphy, where you'll manage complex claims for property and casualty and workers' compensation losses across our portfolio of Tier 1, 2, and 3 clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Claim Consultant, you'll provide expert claim advocacy and comprehensive oversight of property and casualty claims and workers' compensation losses. Your focus will be ensuring sound claim settlements, conducting thorough investigations, and delivering the leadership and strategic direction clients expect from a trusted claims professional.

What You'll Do

• Advocate for clients and manage claim files for property and casualty and workers' compensation losses
• Oversee claim settlements to ensure completeness and sound outcomes
• Conduct investigations and provide legal reviews of claim matters
• Deliver leadership and direction to clients and carrier adjusters on complex claim issues
• Resolve claim problems with strategic problem-solving and professional judgment
• Manage relationships with Tier 1, 2, and Tier 3 clients to understand their priorities
• Support claims resolution from inception through final settlement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in property and casualty and/or workers' compensation claims management
• Expertise in claim investigation, settlement oversight, and legal review processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide clients and adjusters
• Ability to manage complex claims across multiple tiers and client types
• Professional judgment and problem-solving skills in challenging situations
• Relevant claims consulting credentials or experience preferred
