Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecasting models that project subscription revenue, churn, and upgrade patterns
• Examine pricing, packaging, and promotional experiments to quantify lift in acquisition and conversion rates
• Prepare concise dashboards and presentations that surface key performance indicators for senior stakeholders
• Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to align subscription strategy with broader business goals
• Monitor competitive offers and market benchmarks to recommend timely adjustments that safeguard revenue
• Identify root causes of subscriber attrition and propose targeted retention initiatives based on quantitative findings

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a senior analyst handling subscription or recurring-revenue datasets
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet modeling, SQL querying, and visualization tools
• Strong grasp of unit economics, cohort analysis, and lifetime-value calculations
• Ability to turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional audiences
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort prioritizing multiple analytical workstreams under deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience preferred
