About the Role
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team in Owatonna, Minnesota as full-time security officers. These positions offer on-the-spot job offers with a wage range of $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity
- Control access to facilities by verifying the identity of individuals with proper credentials
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain order and enforce company policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Prior security experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand for long periods and walk significant distances
