Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team at The Athlete’s Foot in the Mackay region during our busy Back to School & Summer season. This is a full-time position based out of our local store, requiring no remote work.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and expert fit advice
• Aid customers in finding their perfect footwear
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Participate in promotional events and sales activities to drive store traffic and revenue

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Adept at providing expert footwear advice and fitting assistance
• Flexible schedule, willing to work weekends and school holidays as required
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of retail operations is advantageous but not mandatory
