What This Role Involves

We are seeking Casual Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team at The Athlete’s Foot in Bairnsdale during the busy Back to School and Summer season. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert fit advice to customers looking for their perfect footwear.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist customers in finding the right shoes that suit their needs, preferences, and style
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Participate in team activities and training sessions as required
