About This Position

Capital H Staffing is currently seeking a Scrum Master for an exciting opportunity in the Payments and Lending industry. Responsibilities

• Facilitate workflows within one or two software development teams

• Support team members in resolving any issues that may arise during the development process

Requirements

• High-energy, self-driven, structured, and analytical individual
• Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role within software development teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
