This full-time, on-site role puts you at the center of transformative supply chain and logistics technology for the Industrial Equipment sector.

About the Role

As an SAP Transportation Management Manager – Industrial at Accenture, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions that help Industrial Equipment clients modernize how goods move across their networks. Based in Newburgh Heights, Cuyahoga County, you will combine deep functional expertise with hands-on leadership to guide teams, shape strategy, and turn complex logistics challenges into measurable business outcomes during a period of rapid change in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Transportation Management solutions for Industrial Equipment clients.
• Translate client supply chain and logistics requirements into scalable SAP TM designs.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables across the full solution lifecycle.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for transportation planning, execution, and optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional Accenture teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to building skills and capabilities across the practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes, ideally within the Industrial Equipment industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client-facing engagements.
• A curious, continuous-learning mindset and a passion for solving complex business problems with technology.
• Willingness to work on-site in Newburgh Heights, Cuyahoga County (this role is not remote).
