Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, ensuring project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams during the implementation process
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful deployment of Employee Central features
