About the Role

The SAP ESM Functional Lead Consultant role at IBM involves driving successful implementation and optimization of SAP Extended Supply Chain Management (ESM) solutions for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering high-quality results that align with client objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP ESM solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and develop tailored solutions
• Provide functional expertise in areas such as demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the overall knowledge base of the team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ESM or similar supply chain management solutions
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation through implementation
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior consultants
• Experience working in a full-time, on-site capacity
