This Principal SAP Payroll Consultant engagement with DyFlex Solutions places you at the forefront of sophisticated payroll advisory and system leadership. Working entirely remotely, you will guide strategic payroll initiatives for a contract duration, drawing on deep SuccessFactors and SAP expertise to support outcomes that matter to Melbourne, Victoria-linked stakeholders and beyond. The role emphasises independent delivery of best-practice solutions within a collaborative remote setting.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure and optimise end-to-end SAP Payroll solutions tightly integrated with SuccessFactors platforms
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and solution blueprinting for complex payroll scenarios
• Advise on compliance, process improvements and system enhancements that drive accurate and efficient payroll outcomes
• Diagnose and resolve advanced payroll issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing lasting fixes
• Collaborate remotely with project teams, stakeholders and client subject-matter experts to ensure seamless delivery
• Mentor peers and transfer knowledge on SuccessFactors payroll capabilities and SAP HCM best practices
• Document configurations, prepare handover materials and support successful transition into business-as-usual operations

Requirements

• Demonstrated principal-level consulting experience specialising in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Proven ability to lead configuration, integration and optimisation of payroll solutions in complex environments
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulatory considerations and cross-module dependencies within SAP HCM
• Excellent remote collaboration skills, with confidence facilitating workshops and advising diverse stakeholder groups
• Capability to work independently under a contract engagement model while meeting clear delivery milestones
• Fluency in clear written and spoken communication suited to technical and non-technical audiences
