Accenture is hiring a full-time SAP Manufacturing Workstream Manager – Aerospace & Defense in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, to lead SAP-driven manufacturing transformation for clients in the aerospace and defense sector.
About the Role
As an SAP Manufacturing Workstream Manager – Aerospace & Defense at Accenture, you will guide the manufacturing workstream across complex SAP engagements, partnering with clients to apply intelligent, smart technology, automation, and AI to their production operations. Working within Accenture's SAP practice, you'll use design thinking and agile delivery to help aerospace and defense organizations become more proactive, predictive, and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP manufacturing workstream from design through deployment on aerospace and defense client programs.
- Translate manufacturing requirements into intelligent SAP solutions that advance the connected, intelligent enterprise.
- Apply design thinking and agile development methodologies to plan, prioritize, and deliver outcomes.
- Embed automation and AI into manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to keep delivery aligned and on track.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing or leading SAP manufacturing workstreams or related implementations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ideally within aerospace and defense.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, design thinking, and modern SAP technologies including automation and AI.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex engagements.
- Willingness to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County (this role is not remote).
