SAP EWM/Manufacturing Manager – Life Sciences

Accenture is hiring a SAP EWM/Manufacturing Manager to lead warehouse and manufacturing operations in our Life Sciences division, located in Kirkland, Washington. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage critical production and logistics processes while optimizing advanced SAP Extended Warehouse Management systems in an industry experiencing rapid innovation and transformation.

About the Role

In this SAP EWM/Manufacturing Manager role, you'll blend system expertise with operational leadership. You'll oversee warehouse logistics, manufacturing workflows, and inventory management while continuously improving SAP EWM configurations and processes. This is a position where your technical SAP knowledge directly impacts supply chain efficiency and product delivery timelines within the Life Sciences sector.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily warehouse and manufacturing operations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
• Lead operations teams, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
• Optimize SAP EWM system configurations to enhance material flow, reduce processing times, and improve inventory accuracy
• Develop and execute operational improvement plans based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
• Coordinate across multiple departments including supply chain, production planning, quality, and logistics
• Report on key performance indicators and recommend strategic adjustments to meet business objectives
• Ensure all operations maintain required compliance standards and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience managing warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing operations
• Deep expertise with SAP EWM, including configuration, optimization, and user management
• Demonstrated success leading operations or supply chain teams in complex environments
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
• Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
