- Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and common industrial cleaning tools after proper orientation
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in wet or humid conditions
- Dependable attendance, basic literacy for reading labels and logs, and willingness to learn plant-specific methods
