About the Role
As a Sales Transformation Consultant - Manager within Financial Services, you will partner with banking, insurance, and capital markets organizations to modernize their commercial engines. Sitting within Accenture Song, this Atlanta-based role focuses on translating strategy into measurable growth — connecting ideation through execution so that sales operations, customer experience, and go-to-market models work in concert.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales transformation engagements for financial services clients, from initial vision through hands-on delivery.
- Design growth strategies that improve customer relevance across the full sales and marketing lifecycle.
- Shape product, experience, and channel approaches that drive sustained revenue performance.
- Guide cross-functional teams across creative, media, technology, and operations to orchestrate campaigns and content.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor on commercial change.
- Apply deep industry expertise to solve complex challenges and unlock new sources of value.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales transformation, growth strategy, or commercial consulting, ideally within financial services.
- Strong understanding of how product design, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy combine to fuel growth.
- Proven ability to manage engagements and lead teams in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta, Fulton County; this position is not remote.
