Accenture is hiring a full-time Sales Transformation Consultant - Manager, Financial Services in Grandview Heights, Franklin County, to help leading financial institutions reinvent how they sell, grow, and connect with their customers.

About the Role

As a Sales Transformation Consultant - Manager within Accenture's Financial Services practice, you will partner with banks, insurers, and other financial organizations to modernize their commercial engines. Working onsite in Grandview Heights, Franklin County, you will translate strategy into measurable outcomes — reshaping sales operations, customer experiences, and go-to-market models so clients stay relevant and keep growing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales transformation engagements for financial services clients, guiding teams from early ideation through hands-on execution.
• Design and refine growth strategies, product and experience approaches, and channel orchestration that strengthen long-term customer relevance.
• Advise client leaders on technology and experience platforms that support smarter, more sustainable selling.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, drawing on deep financial services expertise to shape recommendations.
• Manage project workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and deliver results that accelerate value for the business.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting or advisory experience focused on sales, commercial, or growth transformation, ideally within financial services.
• Strong grasp of marketing strategy, customer experience design, and the platforms that power modern sales engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engagements end to end and manage teams toward defined outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working full-time and onsite in Grandview Heights, Franklin County.
