Sales Supervisor – Part Time

About the Role

This part-time Sales Supervisor position offers the opportunity to advance your retail career into store leadership while maintaining scheduling flexibility. You'll partner directly with our Assistant Manager and Store Manager to strengthen store performance, coach team members, and deliver the premium customer experience our brand is known for. This role is ideal for a sales associate who has earned the trust of management and is ready for the next challenge.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet business goals and revenue targets
• Model exceptional customer service standards and ensure consistency across the store
• Provide on-the-floor coaching, feedback, and support to sales associates
• Assist with scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and store operations
• Support Assistant Manager and Store Manager with inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
• Help train new team members on product knowledge and company standards
• Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
