About the Role

The Field Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist at Visionary Communications LLC serves as a crucial link between Marketing and Sales teams. This role is essential for ensuring seamless communication and alignment to drive sales enablement strategies effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the field sales team, enhancing their effectiveness in lead generation and conversion.
• Create and distribute sales enablement materials such as presentations, scripts, and collateral that support the sales process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with company messaging and branding standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing efforts and sales processes.
• Provide on-the-ground support to field sales teams, addressing their needs and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field with a focus on sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including campaign development and execution.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to both Marketing and Sales teams.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing automation tools.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
