What This Role Involves

The Sales Consultant position at Johnson City Ford is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team. Core Duties

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Promote and sell new and used vehicles from the Johnson City Ford inventory
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
• Handle test drives and demonstrate vehicles to interested customers
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with vehicle financing, leasing, and insurance options
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for documentation and reporting
