What This Role Involves

The ROW Technician II at Bowman will be responsible for managing and maintaining rights-of-way (ROW) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting site visits, preparing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Core Duties

• Conduct site inspections and assessments of ROW areas
• Prepare detailed reports on ROW conditions and compliance status
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
• Ensure all ROW activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ROW management or a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for ROW projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using GIS software and other relevant tools
