About the Role

This part-time inpatient nursing position is ideal for RNs seeking flexibility without compromising clinical engagement. You'll work on our Advanced Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit, delivering direct patient care during evening, night, and weekend shifts that include premium shift differentials.

What You'll Do

• Monitor cardiac patients using telemetry technology and clinical assessment
• Administer medications and treatments under physician direction
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and post-acute recovery
• Assess patient conditions and respond to acute changes with clinical judgment

What We're Looking For

• Active RN licensure in Pennsylvania
• Clinical experience in acute care or cardiac nursing preferred
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Commitment to quality patient outcomes

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation starting at $35.88 per hour, with higher rates for experienced RN professionals. Evening, night, and weekend shift work qualifies for shift differentials up to $7 per hour.
