RN – Part Time Days

About the Role

This part-time nursing position offers approximately 24 hours per week on day shift, providing you with work-life flexibility while making a tangible difference in seniors' lives. You'll work within a supportive, values-driven healthcare culture that prioritizes dignity and quality care. The salary range for this role is $32.50 to $48.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor senior patients, developing individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
• Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date health records
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, and family members on patient care coordination
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing support aligned with our Christian mission
• Support infection prevention and facility safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN license for North Dakota
• Experience or genuine interest in geriatric nursing and older adult populations
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, mission-driven healthcare delivery
• Availability to work day shift on a part-time schedule
