Tallahassee Memorial is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our specialized NCIMCU team in Tallahassee. We're seeking experienced nursing professionals to provide critical care to our most medically complex patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About the Role
As an RN in our NCIMCU unit, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in one of healthcare's most specialized settings. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with an interprofessional team dedicated to saving lives and improving outcomes. What You'll Do
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to critically ill patients
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and recovery
- Prioritize patient safety and infection control in all clinical activities
What We're Looking For
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Demonstrated competency in critical care nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients in a high-acuity environment
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Intensive care unit or critical care experience preferred
Sign-On Bonus & Compensation
Qualified candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon meeting specified conditions. Eligibility requires acceptance of a full-time position (0.9 FTE or greater). If you're a returning employee, you must have been separated from Tallahassee Memorial for at least 12 months.
