RN Health Coord (bilingual, remote, temporary)

Maximus is recruiting a Registered Nurse Health Coordinator with Spanish-English bilingual proficiency for the CDC INFO Call Center. This full-time, temporary remote position is based in Montpelier, Vermont, and offers the flexibility to work from home while responding to clinical health inquiries and supporting national disease prevention efforts.

About the Role

As an RN Health Coordinator, you'll be the clinical voice for the CDC's national health information line. You'll respond to complex inquiries about disease control and prevention, bioterrorism preparedness, and public health protocols from the public, healthcare professionals, and first responders. Your bilingual expertise will be essential in delivering accurate, culturally informed health guidance.

What You'll Do

• Answer clinical health inquiries with evidence-based, accurate information
• Address questions on disease prevention, control strategies, and bioterrorism preparedness
• Provide clinical guidance to first responders and healthcare professionals
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English with callers
• Document inquiries and responses thoroughly for quality assurance
• Coordinate with CDC resources to maintain current, compliant information

What We're Looking For

• Active RN licensure in the United States
• Fluent Spanish and English speaking and writing abilities
• Strong knowledge of nursing, disease processes, and public health
• Skill in communicating medical and public health concepts clearly
• Dependable internet connection for remote work
• Professional telephone communication and interpersonal skills
