About the Role

This rotational program gives graduate registered nurses hands-on experience in a variety of inpatient settings, helping you build clinical confidence while discovering the specialty that fits you best. Eligible candidates may receive a hiring incentive of up to $19,000.00, a starting rate beginning at $43.00 per hour (with higher rates for experienced nurses), shift differentials of up to $7 for evening, night, and weekend hours, and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Rotate through multiple inpatient units to gain broad clinical exposure as a graduate registered nurse
• Administer treatments and medications safely and in line with established nursing standards
• Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and respond to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and ongoing wellness

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Eligible for or holds licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• A genuine commitment to compassionate, safe patient care
