RN Fellowship Acute Care

This full-time position is designed for nurses ready to grow their clinical expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced acute care environment while working alongside experienced healthcare teams.

About the Role

As an RN in this fellowship program, you'll deliver patient-centered care in an acute medical setting, balancing the needs of multiple patients while developing advanced clinical judgment and nursing skills. This is a full-time onsite role working rotating day and night shifts, offering the schedule stability of 72 hours per pay period (2-week cycles). Your compensation will be determined based on your nursing experience and qualifications, ranging from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical documentation and communicate patient status effectively
• Provide evidence-based patient and family education to support recovery and health literacy
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continue developing clinical competencies
• Work flexible rotating shifts in a 24/7 hospital environment

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Colorado
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical communication and critical thinking skills
