Your Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments that advance the health and daily comfort of residents.
• Build individualized service plans that reflect each resident’s needs and preferences.
• Observe changing conditions and intervene promptly when health status shifts.
• Coach and instruct team members on care techniques and recommended practices.
• Connect residents, families, and community resources so communication stays clear and timely.
• Uphold all relevant state rules together with company policies and standards.
• Record complete, precise health documentation that supports continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Possess a current Registered Nurse license.
• One year of experience as a licensed registered nurse, ideally gained in a community-based care setting.
• Working knowledge of the fundamental principles that underpin safe, competent nursing practice.
• Ability to evaluate how people respond to actual or potential health problems.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills when discussing care.
• Skill at relating to individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
• Understanding of state-mandated medication management and community-based care requirements.
• Willingness to follow state regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
• English language proficiency required.
• CPR certification preferred.
