Connect residents, families, and community resources so communication stays clear and timely. Uphold all relevant state rules together with company policies and standards. Record complete, precise health documentation that supports continuity of care. Qualifications Possess a current Registered Nurse license. One year of experience as a licensed registered nurse, ideally gained in a community-based care setting. Working knowledge of the fundamental principles that underpin safe, competent nursing practice. Ability to evaluate how people respond to actual or potential health problems. Clear written and spoken communication skills when discussing care. Skill at relating to individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds. Understanding of state-mandated medication management and community-based care requirements. Willingness to follow state regulations as well as company policies and guidelines. English language proficiency required. CPR certification preferred.
