Brex seeks a full-time Revenue Operations Manager for its office in Seattle, Washington, to serve as the operational backbone for a key growth area of the business.
Role Overview
In this full-time Revenue Operations Manager role at Brex in Seattle, Washington, you become the dedicated operations partner for the high-growth Startups segment. Supporting both Partnerships and Account Executive teams as the primary RevOps owner, you will handle many priorities with autonomy. Analytical curiosity and a bias for action will prove essential as you convert data into insights alongside peers in enablement, finance, systems, data, and revenue. You regularly elevate findings to partners, GTM managers, and the CRO for better performance. Expected base salary ranges from $132,888 to $166,110 based on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity; equity and other compensation may also apply.
Responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated RevOps partner to the Startups revenue team supporting Partnerships and AE groups
- Partner with GTM leaders to enhance strategy, coverage models, operating rhythms, and incentive structures for growth
- Manage multiple shifting priorities and prioritize high-impact work independently
- Collaborate across enablement, data, finance, systems, marketing, and other operations teams to drive improvements
- Own forecast and pipeline reporting, capacity and productivity analysis, territory design, and compensation structures for GTM teams
- Identify and lead operational projects that grow revenue or increase Startups GTM efficiency
- Report project and performance outcomes to senior leadership with clear business narratives
- Drive annual planning processes with business, finance, and other stakeholders to balance goals
- Monitor and refine rules-of-engagement escalations for improved clarity and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, sales finance or similar, preferably Fintech or SaaS
- Bonus experience owning wide-scope RevOps at an early-stage or high-growth startup with limited resources
- Experience supporting multiple GTM teams such as Partnerships and closing roles
- Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and thrive with ambiguity and rapid change
- Success delivering results in cross-functional settings
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative solution development skills
- Skill influencing without authority plus stakeholder management and communication strength
- Extensive Salesforce and GTM systems experience, including inter-team workflows
- Analytical ability to interpret data quickly and conduct deeper analysis
- Willingness to work in the Seattle office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and communication
