About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Jewellery Sales Advisor to join the team at Niessing Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Raffles Park, Central. This is a full-time position that plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the Niessing brand and deliver a great experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell jewellery products by demonstrating them to customers and answering their questions
• Build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all interactions are positive and memorable
• Keep the retail environment clean and organized, maintaining a professional appearance
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
