Key Responsibilities

• Direct retail banking transformation programs and advise clients on reinventing their business and technology models.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy and translate goals into measurable outcomes.
• Champion the safe, widespread adoption of AI to create value across the retail banking value chain.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery on every engagement.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth within the financial services practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail banking, financial services consulting, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation or digital initiatives at a senior level.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and digital core modernization within banking.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in West Milwaukee.
