The Opportunity

FjordAl Aluminium Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in La Baie, Le Fjord-du-Saguenay. Reporting directly to the management, this full-time position offers an opportunity to lead all HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, labor relations, and HR administration.

Core Duties

• Supervise and manage all aspects of human resources within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for HR management.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain positive labor relations by addressing grievances and resolving disputes.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels of the organization.
