About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Engineer to join our team and contribute to groundbreaking research in nanoscience. As a Research Engineer, you will be involved in cutting-edge projects aimed at developing carbon nanotube-based quantum processors. This role requires a deep understanding of nanotechnology and its applications in quantum computing.
Core Duties
- Conduct research on the properties and behavior of carbon nanotubes for use in quantum computing applications.
- Develop and optimize experimental setups to test and validate theoretical models.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and innovators to drive innovation in quantum technology.
- Publish research findings in scientific journals and present at industry conferences.
Skills & Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Nanotechnology, or a related field with a strong focus on carbon nanotubes.
- Proven experience in experimental physics and quantum computing research.
- Strong background in materials science, particularly carbon nanotubes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Prior experience with scientific instrumentation and data analysis tools is a plus.
