The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team at GCHP in Jackson, Mississippi. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, and promoting resident retention.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate qualified traffic to increase occupancy rates
- Network within the local community to build relationships with potential tenants
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Process rental applications and secure new leases
- Promote resident retention through excellent customer service and community engagement
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of experience in a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, and community members
- Proficient in using property management software and tools
