About the Role

As a Lead Marketing Field Agent at Hyatt Vacation Club, you'll be the face of the brand in the field, engaging directly with owners and guests to showcase what makes our vacation properties special. This position bridges marketing strategy and guest relations, requiring both promotional skills and genuine hospitality instincts. You'll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction and owner loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Execute field marketing initiatives that connect with owners and guests at resort locations and events
• Lead engagement activities designed to enhance guest experiences and highlight vacation club benefits
• Coordinate and support on-site events that celebrate guest milestones and create lasting memories
• Communicate brand value through direct, personalized interactions with owners
• Gather guest feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and experience improvements
• Support team members in execution of marketing programs and promotional activities
• Represent Hyatt Vacation Club with professionalism and enthusiasm across assigned territories

What We're Looking For

• Proven field marketing or hospitality engagement experience in a customer-facing leadership capacity
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple activities independently
• Passion for creating positive guest and owner experiences
• Flexibility to travel to different resort locations as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; marketing, hospitality, or travel industry background preferred
