What This Role Involves

This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and service. You will meet with clients who have requested information about financial protection and benefits, understand their needs, explain available options, guide them through the enrollment process, and build lasting relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Virtually meeting with clients to provide information on benefit options
• Understanding each client's specific needs and guiding them through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and following up as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
