What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, finance, and operations to gather data and support filings
  • Monitor regulatory developments, rule changes, and commission orders affecting transmission operations and planning
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and compliance deadlines for multiple concurrent proceedings
  • Research regulatory precedent and identify opportunities for favorable outcomes in contested matters
  • Represent the company's interests through written submissions, testimony preparation, and technical support to regulatory proceedings

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in utility regulatory affairs, FERC compliance, or transmission regulation
  • Strong knowledge of federal energy law, FERC orders, and state utility commission procedures
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple high-stakes filings
  • Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, persuasive written submissions
  • Proficiency with regulatory databases, filing systems, and utility industry tools
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, law, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
