About the Role

As a Registered Nurse working nights at our rehabilitation hospital, you'll deliver direct patient care within a specialized medical environment focused on recovery and recovery optimization. This night shift position places you at the heart of patient advocacy, clinical decision-making, and therapeutic support for individuals progressing through inpatient rehabilitation programs.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound assessment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to implement and adjust treatment plans
• Respond to patient needs with compassion and clinical expertise during night shift hours
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate patient status to day shift staff and providers
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and discharge preparation
• Monitor for complications and changes in patient condition, escalating concerns appropriately

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN licensure in Texas
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Clinical proficiency with vital sign monitoring, IV therapy, and medication safety
• Adaptability to night shift scheduling and rehabilitation nursing environment
