Regional HR Business Partner

RWB Thrift is hiring a Regional HR Business Partner based in Tampa, Florida, Florida. In this full-time role, you'll serve as a trusted human resources strategist and advisor to our regional leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth across our multi-state footprint.

About the Role

As our Regional HR Business Partner, you'll be the strategic HR leader for a dynamic retail region spanning multiple markets including Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Manassas, Virginia, and Bowie. You'll partner closely with store and area leadership to shape talent strategy, build strong team performance, and ensure compliance with employment law across our expanding operations. This is a hands-on role that combines HR expertise with business acumen—you'll translate organizational needs into people strategies that work.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to regional and store leadership on talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives
• Partner with store managers and area leaders to address employee relations matters and foster positive workplace culture
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures aligned with company values and legal requirements
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to build strong teams across the region
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations
• Manage performance feedback systems and coaching for leadership development
• Collaborate with HR leadership to design compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
• Track and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic recommendations and organizational decisions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of human resources experience, including 2+ years in a business partner or strategic HR role
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practices in employee relations
• Proven ability to influence and advise leaders at multiple levels in a fast-paced retail or commercial environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities across multiple locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and partnership
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to pass an E-Verify employment eligibility check
