About the Role

As a Thrift Store Associate with Red, White, and Blue Thrift, you'll handle the everyday tasks that keep our Waterbury store stocked, organized, and welcoming. This is an on-site, full-time position built for people who enjoy staying active, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a high-energy retail setting. Pay ranges from $16.94 to $17.94 per hour, and medical benefits become available over the course of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the daily processes and routines that support our retail floor and back-of-house operations
• Sort, prepare, and merchandise donated goods with care and consistency
• Maintain clean, orderly, and shopper-friendly store areas throughout your shift
• Keep pace in a fast-moving environment while staying focused on quality and detail
• Support fellow associates to meet shared store goals

Qualifications

• Sharp attention to detail across repetitive and varied tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, move, and handle merchandise for extended periods
• Comfort working quickly and adapting in a busy retail atmosphere
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Waterbury, New Haven County
