Accenture is hiring a RedHat Offering Lead to lead enterprise adoption of private AI, containerization, and automation technologies for clients in Grandview Heights, Franklin County. About the Role
As a RedHat Offering Lead, you'll take ownership of Accenture's Red Hat solutions strategy and delivery across private AI, container platforms, and enterprise automation. You'll serve as the bridge between client business objectives and technical enablement, guiding organizations through complex digital transformations while building Accenture's market position in these high-growth technology domains.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Red Hat-based solutions in private AI, containers, and automation
- Lead presales and delivery teams to design and deploy customer-specific solutions aligned with business outcomes
- Build deep relationships with enterprise clients to identify modernization opportunities and address technical challenges
- Collaborate with Accenture's technical and delivery teams to refine offerings, methodologies, and best practices
- Maintain expertise in Red Hat products, industry trends, and competitive positioning to advise clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive thought leadership through client engagements, case studies, and industry presence
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat technologies, OpenShift, Ansible, or comparable container and automation platforms
- Proven track record leading technology sales, offerings, or delivery programs in enterprise environments
- Strong foundation in AI/ML infrastructure, container orchestration, or infrastructure automation practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams around shared business and technical goals
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business-focused audiences
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent professional experience
