About the Role

As the Marketing Communications & Provider Recruitment Specialist, you will play a dual role at the heart of growth at Nevada Regional Medical Center. Working closely with the CEO and the broader leadership team, you will shape marketing strategy that raises the organization's profile, sharpens our employer brand, and grows patient volume — while also lending hands-on support to physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and the cultivation of referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to expand visibility and attract patients across the region.
• Strengthen the organization's employer brand to position Nevada Regional Medical Center as a destination workplace.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to advance strategic communications goals.
• Support the recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers, contributing to a strong provider pipeline.
• Help build and nurture referral relationships that benefit patients and the broader care network.

Qualifications

• Background in marketing, communications, recruitment, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for brand consistency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable balancing marketing and recruitment priorities.
• Interest in healthcare and a desire to support a community-focused medical center.
