About the Role
We're hiring driven, coachable people to join us as Benefits Consultants in a full-time, fully remote position based out of Evansville, Vanderburgh County. In this role, you'll connect with working families to help them understand and enroll in life insurance and supplemental benefit programs. From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and dedicated mentorship designed to move you along a defined track toward leadership. If you bring the energy and discipline that come from competitive athletics or the curiosity of someone fresh out of school, you'll find this Leadership Development Program a natural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide working families through life insurance and supplemental benefit options that fit their needs
- Build trusting client relationships through clear, honest communication
- Complete structured training and apply mentorship feedback to sharpen your skills
- Manage your own schedule and client outreach in a remote work environment
- Work toward leadership milestones as you progress through the program
