Role Overview
Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in managing calls and applications for disaster assistance. This role will be based remotely with temporary full-time employment.
<h2-Core Duties- Support FEMA by answering calls and processing applications from individuals and businesses affected by disasters within a designated geographical area.

- Conduct thorough reviews of submitted applications for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide timely feedback and support to applicants regarding their disaster assistance claims.
- A strong commitment to customer service and a desire to assist those in need during emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Familiarity with disaster response procedures or related experience is beneficial but not required.
